Phoebe Fischer is a filmmaker, Production Designer, Art Director, set and costume designer, and writer.

Phoebe is currently based in Berkeley, California, where she is pursuing a Bachelor’s of Arts in Film & Media Studies and English. She is an avid member of Berkeley’s Cinematic Arts and Production Studios, and has contributed to the production of over 8 CAP Studios films and 4 independent film productions, including feature film Stoned Immaculate. Several of her films have won festival awards for Production Design. Phoebe is passionate about creating immersive and authentic worlds to bring stories to life, drawing inspiration from her personal experiences, her focus on character construction, and historical design trends. Her love for storytelling stems from her passion for writing, and extends into all creative realms. She is currently contributing as a Production Designer on independent surrealist film Joan Savvy’s First Day on Earth, serving as Marketing Director for CAP Studios, and working as a Marketing Intern for the California Artisan Cheese Guild, and looking for further opportunities in professional film and television development.
